Facility is nice, but they raise the rent every few months. Started at $40/mo for a 5x5, one year later, I pay $80/mo.

Everything went great. The storage unit is clean, seems safe, is kept at a cool temp., & has convenient access hours & a location close to my work. The truck available for assisting with move in was very useful for minimizing recurrent trips. I wish that truck was availability to rent at other times as well. The staff was very helpful & I would definitely recommend this storage facility.

I shopped around town and while the Lock Up wasn’t the lowest price, the quality and facilities are the very best!!! The employees are helpful and reminded me we still live in a nice, small town, after all. The covered garage bays to unload, well maintained carts, complimentary truck for large items, clean carpets and well lit corridors are just a few of the benefits we appreciate at Lock Up.

I have had a wonderful experience with Becky from Lock Up Storage since the first day I rented my unit! Becky is always so helpful and she's always smiling! She has a warm personality, is very friendly to everyone that comes in, and she truly cares about her customers! I love the facility because it's very clean and well kept, the units are air conditioned, and they have nice carpet versus a plain concrete floor. Go see Becky at the North Naples location. She will take great care of you! :)
