Recently rented a unit here and the process was easy. The price was very reasonable and the property is clean. Darren was particularly helpful! He was courteous and friendly. He walked me through everything and even showed me to my unit and made sure I knew all the things! Highly recommend.

Had a bit of an issue when I provided proof of personal property insurance but it was not forwarded so I continued to be charged for a couple of weeks. A part time fellow was filling in for the manager who was out sick spent quite a bit of time straightening it all out. He was a very personable and competent employee. My only other issue would be about the special lock. I was required to purchase for $20 even though I had my own padlock. Then I saw that many or most of the storage units had regular padlocks on them.

Taylor handled our setup quickly, the property was amazingly clean, and staffed even on weekends. There are newer fancier storage facilities, but your going to pay s setup fee (around $30), your renter insurance is separate and required, some facitlities are charging you an electric fee separately (Prime includes this in the rental rate) The new places are full of surprises. We used This Nokomis facility a long time ago during our remodel. Same great service. Highly recommend!

She went out of her way to make sure I got a unit close to the door because I have a bad knee, and that really meant a lot to me. She was so thoughtful, personable, and professional throughout the whole process. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people and making things easier for them. It’s rare to come across someone who combines kindness and efficiency the way she does. Highly recommend working with her—Taylor is a real asset to Prime Storage!
