If it was NOT for Regional Manger Jennifer, frankly, I would have NOT given 5 stars. Sonia at front desk has absolutely no customer service manners, no patience to explain. If you really want the truth she is OUTRIGHT Rude (hung up on me 11/20/17). She has no clue what multi tasking is, nor how to handle it. I have to assume she deals with people that have no manners, rather than show friendly cordiality, she chooses instead to take out the rudeness of other clients on clients as myself who were brought up with not only manners, but was taught America was built on customer service. When a buyer/client/customer is treated with mutual respect, the product does not have to be perfect, you simply remember that you were treated kindly, which makes you WANT to do more business with that company, recommend, etc. You have to love people to work in customer service positions. Be understanding, a give-and-take tolerance having the stamina of rolling the red carpet cooperation. We all have bad days and goods days. If that is her issue, which I DOUBT, you leave your issues at home, or simply say, I am having a sad, a bad day, even customers relate to that, THEY DO NOT relate to disdain. Thank you for taking the time to review my opinion and facts. Do not worry, I will recommend, JUST NOT at that location or at least warn people of Sonia's Attitude. BTW Jory was AWESOME, who knows, maybe due to her being on job 1st day on 11/9/17, let's hope she keeps her smiley, happy vibes, which you felt through the telephone line and not let the sometimes awful disrespectful customers that come through her door...If we show kindness, we make a better world....Full Review
It would be great, if you could show the total amount on your website for the storage units (including all fees; such as, Administrative fees, insurance, etc). Otherwise, prices are deceiving.Full Review

I checked out the pricing within 5 miles of my home and A+ Storage was the most competitive. Especially for this indoor climate controlled storage. But pricing is not everything. The A+ facility is well maintained. It has two large elevators for reaching upper floors. As well as two large handcarts for easy transport of items in or out of storage. The loading area is large to accommodate multiple users at once. I liked the location which is in a monitored quiet commercial area away from the highway. It is secured with a locked entrance, pay attention to operating hours. On-site office. Very friendly representative Maria checked me in. Your First months rent will include a one time $25 registration/administrative fee and
one time $19.95 for a special heavy duty cylinder lock that cannot be hacked. You are required to take the mandatory monthly insurance coverage premium of $12 that is added onto each month's rental fee, plus Florida 7% tax on all. To avoid missing any monthly renewal fees, Maria signed me up for the AUTO pay option. They really rate an A+!Full Review

I needed a storage space quickly one Sunday afternoon so I picked these guys. Because I was in a hurry I could not talk about the special they had going on that was about to end so a man named Aries or something like that told me He would extend me the month matching sale if i called the next day. I told him that I would have to at first talk with my wife and would call back. this sale that was about to end is still going oh by the way. At any rate my wife and I decided to get a year long contract and repeatedly tried contacting them to no avail. Then after a month of no return calls or e-mails I finalally get a hold of Aries and said he talked to corperate and I would be able to get the special but it would have to be much smaller and up a hallway. This after I got a lot of things that will not fit up a hallway. To put ti simply, they suck ass.Full Review

I had a horrible experience with Extra space storage, in less of 30days teaser advertised rate was doubled. Insurance was very high, and facility was just mediocre. Very pleased with Top Shelf storage, the manager Galo was very helpful and courteous.Full Review
