Staff (Rob) is very professional and friendly very knowledgeable in all areas of questions concerning storage units and sizes you might consider renting. Very clean establishment I am so happy I choose snap box storage facility it's the best establishment I've ever visited very clean and well lit. I especially enjoy that it is all electronic without having to fuse over locks etc also they provide additional boxes, packaging and all your needs for securing your belongings the best storage facility I've ever come up on overall it's so Amazingly Awesome... Great experience overall! I initially rented a large unit, and the entire process was super easy to complete from my phone. Whenever I had questions, there were helpful staff on site ready to assist. Later, I downsized to a smaller unit, and that transition was very smooth and practical. One of my main concerns in Miami is usually safety with storage facilities, but this place felt very secure, clean, and transparent about pricing. I would definitely rent here again if I need storage in the future!

I loved this storage unit it was very clean and easy to access with the digital entry, so there was no need to meet with anyone in person. I only needed storage for a couple of months, and this was perfect. Prices may fluctuate depending on how long you rent, but access was always super easy.
