Public Storage - Ocala - 3350 W Hwy 326

This storage place was highly accommodating and made sure my moving process into the unit went very smoothly. Bree was very kind and provided me with an excellent customer service as well! I would highly recommend to other people for anything they need.

When we left Tallahassee to move my mother-in-law's furniture & stuff our truck was fine. The closer we got to Ocala, the truck was not doing well. Our good fortune was to get Justin at the storage facility! He looked at our truck after we signed the documents pertaining to the storage unit. He made some adjustments, no charge (!!), and we went back to Sneads feeling much better about my mother-in-law's things....and our truck!! Thanks Justin! Ms.Jaime Gross-Ingram

I’m extremely disappointed with the misleading pricing tactics used by Public Storage. What started as a reasonable rental rate quickly turned into a frustrating experience, with multiple rate hikes over just two years. Despite claims that rates are based on market data, I found I could rent the exact same sized unit at the same location for significantly less—and this research was done multiple times. This is a classic bait-and-switch: lure you in with a "low" introductory rate, then steadily increase the price once you're locked in. It’s not just frustrating—it’s deceptive. Transparency and fairness should be the standard, not the exception.
