The renting experience has been amazing. Starting from the girl on the phone Briah( not sure of the spelling) she was so professional ,helpful,kind, if she didnt know something she got the information for me. She is the perfect representative over the phone that makes your day better!!!. Then Jim, the store onsite manager, he called me to verify my rent,and was so friendly and helpful. The whole experi3nce has been the best!!!!

Our 5-star experience started when Ishmiel immediately answered our phone call to the office to inquire about a storage unit with professionalism. He returned to the office within moment from being out on the property. We were offered the perfect unit for our needs.
