I cannot say enough great things about Extra Space Storage and their incredible team. From day one, every staff member has been professional, friendly, and genuinely committed to helping customers. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained, but what truly sets this location apart is the people who work there. A special shoutout to Ishmael, who is the shining star of an already outstanding team. He consistently goes above and beyond, treats everyone with kindness and respect, and leads by example with exceptional customer service. One experience that really stood out was when a stray cat became trapped near my storage unit. The entire team jumped in to help locate and safely recover the cat. It was clear that everyone genuinely cared and was willing to take time out of their day to help. Their compassion, teamwork, and dedication left a lasting impression on me. What started as a business relationship has grown into genuine friendships, and that’s a testament to the quality of people working at this location. If you’re looking for a storage facility with excellent service, a clean and secure property, and a team that truly cares about its customers, I highly recommend Extra Space Storage. At first glance, not a bad facility. I rented a single bay with exterior access. I have two major issues with this facility: 1) Rapidly escalating rates. In just over 18 months, I'm now paying well over twice what I was when I moved in. 2) Evidence of rats in the units. I have found rat droppings on several items in the unit. It will be difficult to ascertain the extent of the damage until items are all removed and inspected carefully. Irrespective of this - it leaves a disgusting and chilling feeling. Of lesser concern is that the roll-up door is a bit sticky and clanky, and the gate to the property has been left up for extended periods. If they didn't raise the rates quite so rapidly and dealt with the rats, it could be a decent place to rent.
