I have been renting a Storage unit here multiple times for work around 10 years in multiple size units and one Climate controlled units . This StorQuest location has drive up locations to my unit and is extremely convenient for me. They also offer Climate controlled units. I cannot give a better review for all the help the property Manager Nina has given me over the years. With all the new facilities opening up within a mile or two from here remember one thing CUSTOMER SERVICE MATTERS!! If you are new to the area looking for a warm welcome I highly suggest coming over to Stor Quest ask for Nina get a unit- Next to Joey’s Market/ Tons of restaurants if you need to grab a bite after.. Great location! Very aggressive pricing with 24 hr community service ..This a a hidden gem-come check it out!!

Nikki is a top-notch efficient office worker at StorQuest. I went in a little blind-sided by my circumstances looking for a storage unit. She asked me a couple of questions and promptly showed me a recently vacated unit which was just the right size. Easy peasy. The location is ideal to my neighborhood at Gunn and SR 54. Great storage facility. Had two units for over a year, and never had any issues. Kat at the front desk is amazing. After moving out of a unit on the day my payment processed, she worked with management to get my payment refunded so I wasn’t paying for an empty unit. Highly recommend if you need storage in the Odessa area.
