Visited this company for first time today having taken out a storage unit with them following my relocation to USA. Have to say what a wonderful service I was provided with, Erica the manager was so helpful with all aspects of my new sign up. Yesterday I spoke to her on the phone 3 times trying to overcome some issues setting up my account - each time she was friendly, professional and extremely helpful - nothing was too much trouble, so meeting her today was nice to ‘put a name to a face’. My shipment is now stored at the unit and I look forward to doing business with CubeSmart for all my storage needs. Highly recommended for anyone looking for storage in Orlando, Florida.

Justin a current employee as of 03/2026, listened to my concerns and provided exceptional assistance. He was patient, was able to properly communicate and demonstrated this by reinstating exactly what my concerns were. Justin offered me a refund for 1 month due to these concerns regarding inconveniences and contacted me to complete my move out and confirm my refund. Thank you for having such a great employee.

My partner and I worked with Anna for my storage. She was very personable and professional throughout the process. We came in for a general tour as we have been shooing around for a nice place to store, and was sold immediately. The faculty is nice and well kept as well with climate control & working elevators. Would highly recommend.
