Visited this company for first time today having taken out a storage unit with them following my relocation to USA. Have to say what a wonderful service I was provided with, Erica the manager was so helpful with all aspects of my new sign up. Yesterday I spoke to her on the phone 3 times trying to overcome some issues setting up my account - each time she was friendly, professional and extremely helpful - nothing was too much trouble, so meeting her today was nice to ‘put a name to a face’. My shipment is now stored at the unit and I look forward to doing business with CubeSmart for all my storage needs. Highly recommended for anyone looking for storage in Orlando, Florida.

Nachalie has been such a pleasant addition to this storage complex! I used to be a tenant and recently returned, and I have been pleasantly surprised to see some positive changes. It’s always very clean and I feel safe accessing my unit and trust that it is in good hands. Plus she’s always a friendly face to visit in the office when I stop by! I’ve had many storage units over the years and across the states, and she stands out among them all. Thank you Nachalie for all your help and assistance!

I purchased a unit online, and it was a very smooth straight forward and easy to navigate. Although the deal they advertised was great ! 1 month free and up to 50% off online, but I’m only giving 4 stars because they kind of blind side you with the administration fees and that you have to purchase a lock and insurance. So in a sense you go in thinking you wont have to pay too much ended up dishing out 68 bucks. But over all the transaction was smooth and easy and my unit was clean and matched all the instructions with the welcome kit inside so overall very satisfied!
