Price increases are outrageous

Just received notice of the price increase upon calling to inquire about rate reflected on billing. This happens routinely at this location. A twenty dollar hike is a lot to deal with right now. Will be looking for a more affordable facility.

This was a very organize store.

Donna was very helpful today. She took me around the store and showed me the prices for everything Any questions I had ask she had an answer. Her customer services skill were on point. She greeted me at the door with such a jolly attitude.
