Mary, the site manager, was always so sweet, warm, and professional every time I needed assistance accessing my unit or while I was in the process of moving. She consistently answered all of my questions with patience and kindness, making everything stress-free. The facility was always clean, well-maintained, and gave me peace of mind knowing my belongings were in good hands. Leaving the storage was just as smooth as moving in, thanks to Mary’s professionalism and care. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage excellent customer service and a clean, peaceful environment!

Shirlita was courteous, professional, efficient and got us in an out with our perfect storage unit in 25 minutes! She answered all of our questions and was wonderful to work with. The facility is clean in a great location and is one of the few that has drive up units with climate control. Paying up front allowed us to get a locked in rate for 6-months, which protects us from market increases. We felt very comfortable here and are happy to have found it. Thanks Shirlita!
