I’ve been a customer here since it was Orlando Business Center. Back in 2022, I rented a unit for over a year but had to give it up due to a sudden job opportunity. About five months ago, I returned with a friend and we rented another unit to start a small sign shop. From the very beginning—and even back then—Freddy, the manager, has been incredibly helpful. He made sure we got the right unit for our business and has supported us every step of the way. Freddy is an outstanding person who treats everyone equally and truly works hard to take care of his customers. It’s been a great experience working with him.

There was a misunderstanding when I booked my unit via the call center, but Fred went way above and beyond to make sure everything was all figured out and fair for me. Also, as a woman booking a unit for myself, Fred makes me feel super safe which means a lot to me. 5 stars for sure!
