I have used SROA for several times in the last few years. I am totally impressed by the way Ms. Felicia has turned this place around. For example, all of the alcove type of units, the lights all work. The gate is always working. The place has a welcoming feeling. Ms. Felicia herself, is a great person. She truly cares about running a great place. She addresses issues in a prompt and courteous manner. She is very understanding and has a great attitude. I definitely recommend anyone to check this business out for all your storage needs. The place is nice and the prices are great!!! Highly recommended place!!!

This will be our 3rd Rental unit in 5 years and by far this is the best. Ms. Felicia was knowledgeable and very friendly. She explained everything to us in a very professional and kind manner. I would highly recommend renting from Ms. Felicia.

3/5 Stars I had a storage unit with Storage Rentals of America, and there were definitely some positives. Manny, the manager, is a great guy—very professional and always helpful. I also appreciated having a drive-up location, which made accessing my unit super convenient. Another big plus is that they don’t bump prices like many other storage companies do, which I found refreshing. However, safety was a significant concern. I often saw homeless individuals roaming around and even hanging out inside the storage facility. This made me feel uneasy, especially if I needed to visit after sunset. It didn’t feel secure for me or my belongings. If they can address the safety concerns, this location has great potential. For now, I can only give it 3 stars.

Tell me if this is worth $98 when I reserved it and pay it was 3p when I saw the storage I ask to change my belongings weren't their and was charged to change to another one I think this one was worse then the first one then the pay when from 78 now to 98 I was frustrated because I was in hurry to get my things out of the apartment didn't have time to search for another storage. I did find something better and new how they rent this storage for that prices it's crazy soon as I can I will take my things out this is a rip off for that price .

I’ve had a unit with this company for 5 years and just closed it out. Easy access and easy close out process. Greatly appreciate their customer service in the office ! Felicia is amazing.
