We had a wonderful experience at the Granada location in Ormond Beach. Melinda was always pleasant, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout our time there. The only reason we're leaving is because we relocated to another city. Otherwise, we would have remained loyal customers for life. Lance was extremely helpful and professional. Thank you for your courteous care, Lance. Very clean, new facility. Safe. I felt my items were safe. My only concern was the rising rent, which was pretty severe for the small space I leased. Overall, a good experience and would again, double back to thank Lance for really going out of his way to be a professional, intelligent, organized manager. Excellent customer service, Lance! The facility is clean and easy to access. Staff are super helpful and very friendly. The driver with my stuff said it’s the best organized and easiest facility to navigate that he’s ever seen. And he’s been driving for 40 years! Well done, Extra Space Storage in Ormond Beach!!
