I’ve rented a unit for 18 months now and have had no issues. Easy access, but that’s expected. That said, my rates have gone up 20+% twice in that timeframe. Once they have you, they’ll continually increase your rates. I will say though, Corliss was wonderful to work with! She was great and so sweet. She helped me apply for a discount with corporate on my monthly rate which I’m very thankful for. I’m still paying much more today than when I got the unit 18 months ago, but at least it’s something. Thanks Corliss!
Vanessa BlackI wish I Could Give this Place No Stars At all…My Brother Got A Unit From this Place Before he passed Away And I was The authorized User Everything on the Account Was Connected to His Phone number and Email they Put everything Up for Auction And Trashed Soo many Memories Photos, Personal Documents Passports High school And College Trophies WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE or Even A Courtesy Call Letting Us Know Today Is My Moms Birthday And We Just Spent A Few Hours Going Through the Dumpter to Retrieve All that We Could Of What Was Left So Many Memories Of My Brother Now Gone DO NOT GET YOUR STORAGE WITH THEM!!! Unbelievable
