Used this storage unit for my military son who is station in Japan and recently moved out of the area so moved his possessions where we moved. When we moved out we left the unit cleaned and only used this unit 6 days and they charged us $513 for 6 days and then said oh sorry we don’t prorate on our units. I am ex military as well and have used storage in many states and never had a company do that before! That is pure greed and bad business! Do not rent from them unless you like throwing hard earned money away which military can’t afford to do. Oh ya they price gouge too! Same size storage where we live is $300 cheaper’
