John is awesome. He keeps the grounds beautiful in our neighborhood. Corporate is lucky to have him. Clarification: Our neighborhood collectively did NOT want a storage facility here. We sent a representative to ask planning not to grant permission. The corporate headquarters person assured the community that Extra Space would maintain their facilities. We didn’t like the chain link fence installed in neighborhood. Extra Storage kept it. 💔 When John arrived he personally walked the grounds. He personally picked up trash. Staff is respectful to our neighborhood. That’s corporate responsibility. Hiring respectful employees that will ensure customers and community are happy and safe.

This is a good facility on Pensacola Blvd in Pensacola Florida. Clean and very accommodating. If you are having issues with Cubesmart and their ridiculous rate increases, contact Jon or Melissa at the Pensacola Blvd location. Very caring people with exceptional communication skills. I've rented at least 25 storage units in my life in different states. This is a good one! Michael Folke
