Outstanding Customer Service from Jalen at StoreEase – Beulah Road, Pensacola! I rented a unit online today and immediately received a follow up call from Jalen. Jalen was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. He confirmed my reservation, walked me through gate access and unit location details, answered a couple of questions I hadn’t even thought to ask, and made sure I felt 100% confident before arriving at the facility. There was zero pressure or upselling – just pure customer care. In an era when most companies hide behind chatbots and email forms, Jalen’s proactive, personable follow-up was refreshing and stood out immensely. He single-handedly turned a routine online rental into a five-star experience and gave me complete peace of mind. StoreEase is lucky to have him, and I’ll absolutely be recommending StoreEase on Beulah Road (and specifically Jalen) to anyone needing storage in Pensacola. Thank you, Update: I had another outstanding encounter with a StoreEase representative today. I needed to change to a different storage unit to downsize and D’Licia was fantastic. She quickly walked me through the process at the kiosk and I was moving units within minutes. Thank you D’Licia !!!5 Stars

I worked with Bailee on my move-out since I am relocating and she was extremely pleasant to work with. She was very helpful. Great customer service!!! Now this has nothing to do with Bailee, as she was wonderful!! However, I agree with some of the others on the price increases. They weren’t small increases. Also, for the price, there should be restrooms. It shows on the map, but apparently these are only for the workers and are locked with a number coded lock. And lastly, I have NEVER had a storage unit that did not have a dumpster on the premises. Both of those things (restrooms and dumpsters) should be a no brainer as they create unnecessary inconvenience. Maybe update all of your maps, in the building and online, as it’s also misleading. Another thought, maybe have some units of the different sizes available to see instead of just the one behind the glass in the front.

This is a clean, well supplied storage facility. I was amazed by the technology used to aquire my unit! No locks needed! Everything is transmitted by phone access! There are rolling carts available for easy transportation of your belongings and the loading entrance is convenient and shaded. Best of all, the cost efficiency of it all! I am satisfied with my choice of StoreEase and recommend them.

10x10 Price is good but like other places…if the rent starts going up every 6 months I’ll look for another place or throw my stuff in the trash. The app unlocking doors is cool and works seamlessly so far. Price, convenience, and technology 10/10 I’d rent here again as long as rates stay reasonable.
