I moved my storage room to Extra Space in 2025. I had a great experience. I paid 12 months in advance. When my next payment came due, I noticed my rate had doubled. I was able to reach out to the office manager and she was able to lower it to $10 over street price. It was very easy to work with her. I accepted right away. Even though it's more than street rate, it still 100% better than double. Since it is now only possible to pay 6 months in advance, I hope I won't have to do this every time. Thank you Extra storage for keeping my property safe! also, they have added digital access for the gate... Game changer!
