The facility itself is clean and appears nice at first glance, but management allowing homeless individuals to live in the units creates serious safety concerns. On the very first day of moving in later in the evening, there was an incident where a young woman was afraid to even put her belongings in her own unit because an older gentleman had apparently charged at her. This older gentleman seems to appear to be staying at the facility. The situation was reported to management. While a younger gentleman staff member seemed appropriately concerned, the property manager showed little to no concern about the situation. That lack of response is extremely off-putting and troubling, especially considering the safety of residents, particularly women. Management should be taking situations like this far more seriously.
