Patty BridgesSuch a great experience. Ana, the assistant manager took the time to show us different units, discuss insurance options and more. Her upbeat attitude & great customer service sealed the deal for me. The place is fairly new so it’s super clean. The only downside to this facility, that I’ve found, is that their gates are not Bluetooth enabled so the gate isn’t able to be opened via the app; you have to type in a long code each time.
DC KayyCarlos is the best! I had an issue involving the app and my payments, and he took the time to walk me through everything step by step. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure the problem was completely resolved before I was gone. His customer service is unmatched and truly appreciated. If you need help with anything at Extra Space Storage, Carlos is the one to see!
