I'm from Chicago and my daughter moved to Port Charlotte. Needed storage. Their team is great and extremely professional. They also accepted my homeowners insurance to meet their requirement. On another note CubeSmart is at least $10 a month cheaper than their competitor right down the street!

Very clean and nice. One pet peeve. If you are going to let me through the entrance gate at 9:58 pm, don't lock me out of the damn building at 10:00. Their should be a 15 minute buffer so that people who come through the gate just before 10 can get their business done, not be locked out of the building at 10 sharp. That is all.

Staff was professional and courteous. Building is clean and well lit. Lots of security cameras make it feel very safe.
