Gem of an Extra Space, that's for sure! Diamond tier location of a corporate company. Ed, the manager that I often interacted with, was very proactive and communicative - makes you feel like a true customer and not an anonymous unit number! Clean, safe facility. I enjoyed the use of the digital door access on the app. The only thing I never loved about ESS as a conglomerate is their use of "web special pricing" that would lure you in to a sweet deal and then start up-charging you a few months later. But everybody does that, I suppose.
