We walked in literally one minute before closing, and instead of making us feel rushed, she welcomed us with a smile and took the time to help us with everything we needed. Her professionalism, patience, and outstanding customer service made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. It's rare to find someone who goes above and beyond at the end of a long workday, but Bert did exactly that. She was knowledgeable, accommodating, and genuinely cared about making sure we were taken care of. Extra Space Storage is lucky to have someone like Bert on their team. I’ve had my storage unit at the Rinehart Road location for about nine months. Recently, I noticed my monthly payment had increased, so I called to find out why. Ms. Bert took the time to review my account and explained that because of the promotion I originally signed up under, rate changes like this can happen. She also went the extra mile and submitted a request to see if an adjustment could be made. She told me she would call me back with an update and said that if I didn’t hear from her by the end of the day, to give her a call the next morning. Usually, in situations like this, I’m the one who has to call back for an update. Instead, Ms. Bert called me back in less than an hour. I also want to mention that during our first phone call, I could hear the phones ringing nonstop. I didn’t want to keep her on the line because I know how busy customer service can get. Even with everything going on, she remained professional, helpful, and made me feel like my concerns mattered. I truly appreciate Ms. Bert’s outstanding customer service. It’s clear that she values both her job and her customers, and that level of dedication deserves to be recognized.
