so far so good. extremely clean, well lit, they don't skimp on the climate control, and it feels safe. at night when you go there are lights on everywhere and the clientele appears stable. at my last place there were no carts available at any time and even though there were rules about homeless people, they weren't living in their units but they would loiter on the premises. Not so at this place awesome. it's really a nice location as well. The staff are very helpful. --Leslie

Extra Space Storage was perfect for storing my holiday decorations. The 5x5 unit was clean, easy to access and the entire facility felt very secure. The staff was friendly and made the setup process quick and stress-free. Highly recommend!

No deals here. Thought I was renting a 10x10 got two 5x5 units next to each other. Asked to close one out would not let me. I want happy about to two 5x5’s to begin with then after trying to purge one they said I couldn’t. Meanwhile the place has plenty of units available are not willing to accommodate. It’s pretty hard to get someone on the phone here too. Customer service hardly can’t find anyone on site let alone get someone to pick up the phone. A month ago both elevators were down and yesterday the gate was left wide open for the 15 mins I was there and confirm it did not shut. So I’m just going to have to close out both units and find another place to store my stuff since they will not close one of my units out for me.

I'm so impressed with how clean and organized everything is here! The staff truly makes a difference. I especially love how the app simplifies all my organizing and storage needs. It's incredibly user-friendly and makes managing tasks so much easier. I highly recommend trying it out! I was worried about being on the second floor but it is truly very easy to get in and out

Very pleasant and professional encounter with Phil. It had been a challenging morning because of an encounter and incident at another storage facility. That along with the appearance, cleanliness and temperature of the facility convinced me without, doubt.
