Kristian Chastain-Foster at the call center worked with me for over one hour walking me through the digital lease documents as I had to unload that night when I arrived at the Sarasota location. I was at a rest stop on I 10 in Louisiana with slow internet and had to redo my input in the 3 agreements to Docusign. I was getting so frustrated and like the patience of Job, she calmly said try it this way, check this box instead, etc. and only due to her not giving up and her positive attitude was I able to unload at 9 pm that night because the truck had to be returned Sunday and with the office closed on Sunday I had to do it over the phone and she was Awesome

I went in to inquire about a storage unit. Wanted to know more about the size, price and overall experience, the guy running the store yelled at me and was about as rude to a customer as you can. It’s like he didn’t want the company to have more business, just a level of unprofessionalism that should not be tolerated. The man works in the office on Saturdays should be reported to HR. I feel like he needs medical help and personal feel verbally assaulted for no reason

This Storage King location is fantastic. Its easy in, easy out, climate controlled, pest free, and month to month. Gary, who runs the place is responsive, friendly and does a great job keeping everything running smoothly.

I moved my storage things out of another storage place because they kept raising prices and didn’t keep the interior of the building clean. I moved to Storage King USA and had the best experience. They have someone in the office that is helpful and kind. They keep it very clean and reasonable prices. The best experience of renting a storage unit !

Our storage unit was robbed. Someone cut the lock, stole antique cameras and vintage dishes. Then they put on a new lock. We discovered it on Sunday but storage king didn't call us back until Tuesday because the office is closed. We didn't know what to think! Were we robbed? Did storage king put on a new lock for some reason? Come to find out it was a theft but even a theft isn't important enough for storage king to promptly contact us so we can file a police report ASAP. Terrible situation. Beware of this storage facility. Its not safe.
