Save your money. Have been paying for a unit for 2 years that was climate controlled. I was told by a gentleman this morning the A/C has been down for months. I was never informed. I came to empty my unit. There are ripped up shreds of boxes and bags, piss, and poop from Rats. Most of my unit is going in the trash. This is ridiculous! There is another one star review mentioning rats and the A/C broken from 5 months ago. Also...found a dead/decompositing rat mid way in my unit. I generally am more about giving people good reviews or grace giving reviews...but people need to know how ripped off they are getting trusting these people to hold your things.

The check-in process was easy and great. The manager (Tristin) at the Seffner location customer Service is TOP NOTCH! He was very Thorough and shred with me all the details concerning my move in. The reason I rated a 3 was because one- my Storage had a welcome goody bag with a lock inside but I was told I had to pay for the lock, I felt the goody bag was a great gesture of appreciation however I didn’t wanna pay 21.00 for a 10.00 lock so I ordered one from Amazon. Secondly the gate was broken on the second day of my move in, I mean would not work it was New Year’s Day and no one was available. That was a nightmare with a truck load of items and very limited help. That caused me a huge inconvenience and I was very upset about getting a new storage not being able to actually get into it. Other than those two things everything else went well. So far I haven’t had the best experience but I’m Hoping that would change.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!! This place is a freaking joke. There were a few times I went to my unit and the a/c wasn't working. It was cooler outside than it was inside... and it was 91° outside, so that should tell you something. My plastic totes started to bend and warp in the heat. That's BAD! In addition, the elevator is always broken, the gate is open in the middle of the night. Lastly, they raised prices 30% (without formally telling me), to "match market prices in the area". I honestly don't know how they can get away with that, when the most basic of things I expected aren't even provided. I have had my unit for only a few months now, and they can't seem to keep anyone consistently employed who works in the front office, so customer service is awful. Again. Do not rent here!!!
