This place is ridiculous! Please look at the Consumer Affairs page, not here. They will rope you in with so called good rates, wait for you to get in and BAM! Email you with an increased rate. Don’t be fooled by these fake reviews. Employees are very nice here at the 22nd Ave location, but the CORPORATE side is evil and the nice girls cannot do anything about it! ….Along with their generic reply that will be posted on this review. They do not get back to you or care. Go to the storage units across the street like I am doing. Had enough of this place.
Virginia “Gini” Wentz BerryWe like this facility and their staff! Our only complaint is their annual price increases. We are both out of business and wonder why they don’t negotiate long term contracts with their better customers. In the end it would save them money!
