The facility is very clean, which is something I truly appreciate. I’ve also always had positive interactions with Dave. He’s been helpful and professional every time. I’m very disappointed with the significant price increases over the course of about a year. The jumps haven’t been small, and it’s especially frustrating because I’m currently overseas with the Army and don’t really have the ability to make changes or shop around right now. Another issue is the lack of clear billing communication. I don’t receive emails with invoices or breakdowns of charges only text messages saying "thank you for your payment" that don’t specify the amount. I end up having to check my credit card statement, and every few months the price seems to increase. Overall, I wish there was more transparency and consistency especially for long term customers. **Edit**I had reached out and left a voicemail but never heard anything back. That was a couple of weeks ago.
