This new storage facility in Stuart is absolutely fantastic — but the real stars are the staff! Felicia and Rafael are beyond professional, incredibly welcoming, and truly treat you like family. Their outstanding customer service and clear communication make me confident that my family’s belongings are in the best possible hands. They offer a variety of storage options, prices are amazingly affordable, and they even have a gorgeous wine cellar… yes, a wine cellar! Come check them out — the team will gladly give you a tour. Felicia & Rafael — thank you so much for all your help. I know my belongings are in great care because of you. To the owner or supervisor: please hire more people like them — you nailed it with these two! This was truly the best customer experience I’ve had in a very long time.

I rented a 10x20 storage unit from Bee Safe Storage-Mariners in Stuart, FL. The site manager Rafael was great to work with. Our initial registration and rental was very smooth, and when we moved our contents into the storage he was very attentive and helpful. A much better experience than I have had with prior rentals! I give him 5 stars!

Awesome place to store whatever you need to store. Storage is clean, climate controlled,and even has music playing for you while you roll your treasures to the unit. Very clean & nice. Reserving and checking in on the website & app was easy and painless. The general manager Rafael was very professional and helpful. The price is the best in the area for what you get and they had carts to help move your stuff. My only comment is the unexpected, required monthly insurance plan and one-time lock cost, but neither were expensive. Definitely would recommend.
