I’ve had a great experience with Extra Space Storage on S Kanner Hwy in Stuart. When I first moved in, Doreen helped me get everything set up and made the process incredibly easy. She was friendly, courteous, and very professional from the start. Recently, I needed to switch to a different size unit, and Doreen once again went out of her way to help. She made the transition smooth and stress-free, just like the first time. The facility is easy to access, well maintained, and the customer service really stands out. I truly appreciate Doreen’s help and professionalism. Highly recommend this location!

I was impressed from the moment I grabbed a unit. Doreen called and welcomed me. I was not expecting that! What a personalized gesture. She told me everything was ready and advised me on the lock. We arrived on site today with our first load of items and could not believe how beautifully cared for this place was! Absolutely spotless! Inside and out. The grounds were beautifully kept and secure. Then we met Katie. Wow! What a professional, kind and lovely person. She took us back to our unit and gave us all the information we could need. I was so impressed! Wherever you found these professionals, you hit the jackpot!

With having lost my Mother recently, I was brought to that crossroad we all dread later in life... What to do with all the stuff while preparing Her house for the inevitable sale. It's hard enough having to go thru Her life, so reflected in Her belongings, without having to find a clean, secure place to store them for the time being. Let me say, Katie took this concern all the way off my plate for now. Not only was she the perfect representation of the company and professionalism, she took the time to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my choice of units and storage options.
