I had a bit of a snafu and had to change sizes of a unit and Holly was most gracious and professional in assisting me with figuring out size. She graciously assisted the movers by pointing out amenities for water and nature breaks, easy access to the building from various directions and just her wonderful personality! Great experience 😊

Started off with great rates & great services. Undoubtedly, a new ownership has taken over - as I don't remember the name Space Shop - and raised our rates to $100 without proper NOTICE! I'm very concerned - as this seems questionable . Did call to inquire and received the same info another customer received - "NOTICE was SENT - but we DIDN"T receive!

Turquoise JamesBEWARE: Double rental fee within first six months. This bait and switch tactic is misleading because the online introductory offer doesn’t suggests that the offer is temporary. However there is a “clause” they refer you to that states they have the right to increase at anytime. Otherwise friendly staff.
