The combination between Zoey AI services and Jeffrey from property management made everything smooth and efficient from start to finish. Zoey AI made the initial steps quick and straightforward, answering questions clearly and guiding me through the process without any confusion. When it came time for finalizing everything, Jeffrey stepped in and provided excellent support. Additionally, I found him to be very professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. My husband and I have been renting from this place for 5+ years. Within that time the place has been sold once or twice and renamed once. our price has went up 3x since then also. 440 is our rent now. Today we were one day late on payment and they charged us a 90$ late fee also when we went to try and pay it over the phone, they wanted to charge us 10$ for that. This is just bad business. We called around and found some other units for half the price.

I'm new to Storage King but so far I find it great. The facility is clean and in good order, the keypad process is easy, and it's more fairly priced than the last place I used for storage. It's also close to home. So far it's all good in my book!

Experience has been fine so far, we just rented a unit recently and it was easy! The real test hasn't come about yet!

I have dealt with a lot of storage units over my many years and this one has been very nice very clean I love the surveillance. When calling to inquire about the facilities Jeffrey has been very helpful and knowledgeable of the facilities, will definitely keep him in this listing in reference. Awesome experience.
