The customer service here has been great, they even helped me deal with a issue with another extra space facility which really says a lot. I two issues with this location is how the pavement has a 15 degree slant which causes dollies to run away on their own all the time making it difficult to use, as I need to hold it while putting stuff on it. Would like to see dollies with brakes installed at the least. Second the motion sensors on the second floor are quite annoying as It gets completely dark if I'm in the storage unit and can't see anything when it goes off, so I have to bring a flashlight, but it would be nice if I did not have to constantly worry about it.
