Stephanie R was helpful and extra accommodating as we had our two small children. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, and quick which again extra points as we had the kiddos. The facility itself is very clean, modern, and well-maintained, with proper climate control that gives me peace of mind knowing my belongings are safe. Highly recommend.
