From start to finish Joe and Sam were absolutely wonderful!! They were professional, understanding, kind and more than accommodating!! My unit was a 10x15 drive up and Joe put me in a great unit close to the entrance AND had a light. While life took a turn for me and my unit ended up in Auction, I was able to pay it and Joe & Sam were very helpful in providing me extra time to remove my belongings as I was working alone to do so. I appreciate both of them sooooo much!! Both have a beautiful spirit & a wonderful sense of humor!! Also, the facility inside as well as the outside grounds was always clean. Thank you Joe, Sam and the Mini-Maxi team for being such a geat group of humans!! I appreciate it more than you know!

First of all my rent was raised without notification by 20 dollars as of December i paid didn't have much choice. Second gate was broken and left open for 3 to 4 days finally they got it closed and as of December 25th still hadn't repaired it. This was a issue with me because i had to back up either in or going out in a work van from one end of row to other not a short distance. Most of the time in December thier wasn't anybody in the office just a sign on door said at other property. Decided to move to another facility rent was due on the 24 of December with a five day grace period. The 25th of December my unit was completely empty and no lock was on unit. The 29th of December i recived a call from MiniMax advertising me i owed them 191.00 dollars for rent and late fees. And was threatened that it would be sent to collections if not paid.
