Mary is so amazing! She was very helpful and the move in and out process is amazing. I am a teacher so storing my things over th summer is important and the temperature controlled units are worth it. Having access to my things at any moment and being g able to manage my account through the app has been wonderful!

Mary at Public Storage provided some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long time! On both occasions that I have worked with her she was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, and she went above and beyond to make the entire process easy and stress-free. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I found the right storage solution for my needs. It's rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about helping their customers, and Mary's professionalism and kindness really stood out. If you're looking for a storage facility with outstanding customer service, I highly recommend working with Mary at Public Storage. Thank you for making such a potentially stressful experience so smooth and pleasant!

I would give a 0 if I could !!Roaches all over!! Had our belongings in there for 2 years, paying upwards of $200 a month only to discover upon moving our things out that all of our belongings were infested with huge roaches!!!! All of our boxed belongings and mattresses, personal belongings and my children’s items were covered in roach poop ! We had to throw out so much of our stuff, and when we informed the manager she just said I don’t know how that happens. She also stated that it was one of the worst infestations she has seen in the storage area, and when one of the roaches tried running towards her she just left and never returned. So sad!

I love this place. Mary is so wonderful at explaining everything. That's the reason I keep coming back because of her and her friendliness. She gives great customer service. Always in a great mood. Never had a problem with her. You need more people like her.

Mary did a fantastic job showing me the different units available. The facility is clean and there are dollies available to move your things from your car to the unit. She mopped my unit clean for me before I brought my things the following morning. The price is also fair and reasonable. Thank you for making this so easy!
