I want to start by saying that my experience from the beginning with this location has been a nightmare. I called and was transferred to a call center the representative in the phone was great and was able to secure me a unit over the phone. When asked if I wanted rental insurance I denied it considering my belongings didn’t Amount in a big value. When I get to the physical location. I am greeted with Steven and Jared, Jaery being the property manager insisted that I needed to have run to Insurnace But I was told otherwise from the representative that helped me secure the rental unit. She said I did not need it. There happens to be a misunderstanding that has been taking place with the call center and the actual location having issues with giving misinformation about necessary insurance needed. ( I am not the first to deal with this issue per Jared) to provide good customer service they accommodated the contract with no insurance because unlike what Jared said Insurnace was mandated but because I was told with the representative over the phone that it wasn’t mandated, they let it go by. I go to my unit December 17 to get some gift wrapping paper So I can wrap Christmas gifts and I noticed that my belongings were damaged by what was told to me it was a maintenance routine and upkeep of the property. Which was sent out in an email, but I truly do not look at my emails quite often and probably passed it in the busy holiday season time. I see Jared I show him the damage done to my property that was done by their negligence of not securing and properly assuring that these units are secured the way they need to be so nothing would be damaged due to the upkeep that they’re wanting to do. I was told because I did not have insurance that there was nothing he can do for me, which was beyond me, so I’m now waiting for the regional manager to contact me In order to resolve this issue.

Love this storage company!! Jared is the Property Manager and not only is he knowledgeable but also very helpful and friendly! Whenever we have questions or need help he responds immediately and whatever the issue is he resolves it. Storage companies don’t have the best reputation but this one is the exception!!
