Found Spaceshop when I was looking to switch storage units. Immediately signed up because of the affordable rates, location, and glowing reviews. Brian contacted me minutes after I signed up, letting me know he would be there all day and could show me to my unit when I arrived. He was so helpful and kind!! I would highly recommend renting a unit here!

Just A New Yorker

Staff on 1000%. Brian was upfront with every detail and just plain nice. It was my young neices 1st rental unit and she had some jitters. He placed us in the perfect unit in a great location, right by a door for convenience. Fantastic experience. Please support local companies and rent here. I live locally and am happy they are here. And open 7days a week with a human on site, just awesome. Thank you Brian!!!!

Signed up online to rent a unit. I never received a gate code. I called the location and left a voicemail and had to call several times after and was told by a gentleman that I would receive a call back. I called again 6 days from signing up to cancel my reservation made online, as I decided not to move into the unit due to the lack of communication and transparency at this location. The property manager informed me that the rent ($25), admin fee ($24), and insurance ($13) would not be refunded to me even though I never received any information from them on how to access my unit. So I asked for the admin fee back at the bare minimum and she declined. She then implied that I didn’t read my contract. Don’t use this location. They are unprofessional here and fail to provide customer service. Good luck even reaching someone at the front desk. I also saw a review that they double the rent every couple months after you’ve moved in. Just terrible.

I was helped by a gentleman named Brian who was more than helpful to me with the process of securing a unit here. I love the transparency and swiftness that he showed me. I had a couple questions and he was gracious to communicate all the little things to me to help me understand all the fees and future expenses. And with this being my first time renting a unit, I felt very taken care of. Ill be recommending this spot to all my peeps!!
