Five stars only because Madison is a rockstar. This company is beyond blessed to have her. I hope they know that. 💖 Aside of her, definitely think twice before you rent a unit here. Granted, the new company may not be as shady as the previous owner. So, I do hope that apparent planned improvements combined with Madison's hard work and dedication will really make this property all it is capable of. Just tread lightly. After 4 price hikes in less than 2 full years and their misrepresentation of their unit's quality, I am out a lot of money...and almost everything I own. In a perfect world, I would be compensated or reimbursed for my loss. That said, do not accept that scam insurance they offer. It is exactly that. Just go to wherever you have your car policy through and bundle on a renter's policy. Do yourself that favor. Again, 5 stars only as Madison is amazing!

The 5' by 10' advertised units are actually 4.5' by 7.5'. They could not fit a full sheet of plywood which is 4' by 8'. When I questioned the lady about the size of the unit, she said the measurements on the website are "approximate." My wife is 5' 2". By their logic, my wife is approximately 7 feet tall. They moved us to a larger unit, but of course, we had to pay the higher price. Make sure you can actually fit what you need to store. The ceilings are also only 7.5' tall. The prices are good, but you are not paying for what you think you are.

Rental and communication were so quick and easy online! The storage units are very easy to access and very clean. The lot is secure and in a great location. We are extremely happy with the rental and the assistance the staff provided. Five stars for sure!
