I’ve had a unit here for about a month and I love this facility. It’s clean, feels safe and every time I come in, the staff is just amazing! Today I spoke with Brandon and he was warm and welcoming like we knew each other for years. Jeremiah moved me in last month and he was so informative and helpful, just to name a few. I’d recommend anyone in Kirkwood to use this Extra Storage.

I rented a unit here for 2 years and had great experience! Very clean and secure. Very well lit. Easy access. It’s so easy to use their App for unit information and payment. Agent always present and helpful during business hours. Jeremiah is awesome! FYI: Had a terrible experience with Public Storage up the street. Avoid there at all costs.

The facility is clean and well operated. The staff are very courteous and helpful too. Prices are very competitive as well compared to other storage facilities. If you need something for any time frame, long or short, this is a great location to use. I’ll definitely be coming back if my situation calls for it. Thanks again for all the help!

This is bar none my favorite storage unit I’ve ever stayed at. They’re very kind and helpful. Brandon was the best. He’s the manager. He did such an amazing job helping me out telling me all the different units that they have available trying to get me the best price I couldn’t have asked for a better More helpful person than Brandon if you don’t use the storage unit you’re crazy because they’re the best and they have 24 hour access and they have great rates. Ask for Brandon when you go!!!!
