Me and my husband rented a unit recently and had experienced financial hardships. Nothing to be happy about but not ashamed to Share my experience. Melissa is exceptionally conscientious in her work! She went above and beyond to keep us informed of things as we went thru this process, but yet she remained professional and dedicated to meeting all of our needs. Melissa is a perfect asset to the company and I've seen first hand her passion, empathy and superior customer service skills she provided through it all. I would recommend this location to anyone and thank you Melissa for all your help from beginning to the end! You Rock!
