Exceptional customer service

The customer service was truly exceptional. It's been a long time since I've experienced such a wonderful interaction. The facilities are what I would expect. They certainly didn't disappoint.

Overall great experience!

The customer service at the location is great. I think the price is a little expensive for the size of the unit. I also think the box to exit the gate should be moved. It makes no sense that its in the left corner and you have to get out of your car to enter the code to exit the gate.
