There isnt someone onsite at the office at all times, but she was super friendly and nice on the phone and met me there for final paperwork, etc. Answered my questions easily. I recommend this place. I bought their lock, but you can get your own. I just need a 2-3 month use.. to clean out my townhouse so there is less clutter when I list for sale. 10x10 clean space. They do bug control once a month. Best part is you can drive right up to your unit.
