The Front office staff was professional. The only thing I didn’t like was a lock ($19.99) is added to your order if you complete a reservation online. I was able to return it and receive a credit but still a slight inconvenience after moving. In addition, you are required to have the lock on your person if you come on site to reserve a storage. If not, you’ll be charged $19.99 as well. For some this may be okay but I had several locks and preferred it to be optional. I understand wanting to make a sale but don’t do it at the convenience of your customers.
