Recently rented a 30ft parking space here, per requirements to do so are vehicles must be insured/ registered with up to date tags. The only 2 30ft spots are currently occupied by not compliant and operational vehicles. So they are advertising and selling spots they do not have. I do know the property is not onsite managed but it’s clear that no one even does service checks on this property. There are grills on the far side so people are obviously camping and or hanging out in there and to have my belongings here really doesn’t sit well with me. I will be going to their main office to have my parking space situation resolved. I highly don’t recommend storing anything here until this property undergoes some huge changes!

Genuinely enjoyed having a unit right by my apartment plus the staff were always nice when I needed them. The prices are VERY affordable, at the time I got one it was around $53 for a 10x10 unit and that fit my needs and like I said was VERY much affordable. I will definitely be going with them again when I need it. Would recommend any time of the day.

I'm very pleased with the service with Storage Rentals of American! Good location, walking distance from where i live reasonable prices, good security, nice & clean place where you can store your items & the manager that did my paperwork i forgot name was very nice and sweet I would definitely recommend there business.

The storage area is super secluded, clean and quiet. I was helped by two women, Mary and Glenis, who were amazingly helpful and so nice!! Best customer service experience I've had in a long time! I am so happy to have found their storage company!
