I have had the best experience with Best Value Self Storage. I filled out my information online, and received a phone call shortly after to discuss the financial info and expectations. From there, I received an email with my unit’s information and instructions. The whole process was super easy, and I was thankful that I didn’t have to go in person and have a lengthy conversation about all of this. It was super easy and I was able to get in my unit that same day! I am very happy with this company and their process. The whole thing is super easy and the unit itself is very well priced. This was the best price I could find in the west Georgia area.

I am very pleased with both the facility and the customer service. I had one small issue and I not only fixed it with speed, but also without annoying AI phone time or being on hold. It was quite possibly one of the best customer service calls I've had in a very long time. Also, it was quite a bit less expensive than the storage facility I rented my moving van with, even considering they offered a free first month. Best price in the area, best customer service. Ive already recommended this place to others and its truly worth the lengthy review or I wouldn't bother.

Got a unit to store a vehicle long term, very agreeable and polite personnel on the phone. I didn't encounter any automated messages personally, which was nice in today's day and age, lol. Candy called to follow up at which point I mentioned having to clean it a bit before actually moving in and she had it cleaned immediately at no cost to me which was awesome. Highly recommend these folks, customer service is excellent.

Great prices, convenient location, and very friendly staff. Moving is always a headache especially moving from GA to NY so the fact I was able to find this storage facility that was within my budget and was the perfect size I needed, I was able to store non essential belongings which made the move so much easier and so much less stressful.

this place is very good, easy to book, very friendly customer service, well protected units. everything is done online and on the phone so no waiting in lines or waiting for someone to tend to you in a physical location.
