What makes this storage unit facility special is an employee named Robert. I had an experience this week that reminded me how much a single act of kindness can matter. During an extremely stressful time in my life, I accidentally lost my wedding ring at the storage facility. I was devastated and Robert went above and beyond to search for it. He was patient, compassionate, and genuinely invested in helping me find something that meant so much to me. While I will always be grateful that it was found, what I will remember most is the way Robert treated me during a very difficult moment. He showed empathy, professionalism, and exceptional customer service when I needed it most. Employees like him make a lasting difference, and I am incredibly thankful for his help. Thank you, Robert!

My experience with Extra Space Storage has been excellent so far. Michael the manager and Robert have been able to answer all my questions and take care of all my needs in obtaining new parking spaces for my RV and boat. Michael made it so easy in uploading my required documents in their system for me. Michael and Robert were easy to talk with and helpful with answering website and Extra Space Storage app questions. I enjoy the app being able to open the gate not having to put in a gate code upon every visit. The site and parking spaces are brand new and clean. Lines and numbers marking the spots for parking make it very easy to identify my spot for parking. Location near my home is an added bonus. I highly recommend this storage facility for your storage needs!!!!

Initially I started to book online, but got redirected to someone in customer service. It was so easy! The gentleman i spoke with was very helpful! He answered all of my questions. I love that they had a month for free! After the booking, the following day, I was followed up by a phone call from the local facility to let me know my next step. He was very professional and helpful!

WARNING! Do NOT rent a climate controlled unit from this Extra Space Storage facility!! We trusted them with our deceased mother's personal effects and assumed that by renting an indoor climate controlled unit we would be safe from any damage occurring. Wrong! It rained into our unit and destroyed our mom's priceless belongings. See attached photos. The manager would not refund the month we paid for during the damage occurrence and so we paid to have damaged belongings. We immediately moved everything out of the unit. The manager told us, "These things happen." Seriously? Wondering if he would feel that way if he lost his deceased mother's personal effects?!
