I have to say, my experience with Cubesmart was not but GREAT!! I was moving to another state and needed a storage really quick. Even though I did everything online ( it smooth BTW) the receptionist at the local office was so helpful and very professional and pleasant. She made my first time experience worth it! I recommend them anytime and every time....THANKS!!

The staff are very friendly and welcoming over the phone and in person. Letha and Duane ROCKS!!! Simple and easy rental process, reserved my unit online but went in-store to complete rental agreement; the process took less than 15 minutes. I would give CubeSmart store 4716 more than a five stars if possible. Even with my decision to upgrade storage sizes the day after signing my agreement, there were no issues with transferring my agreement. The facility itself is very clean and well-maintained; and believe me and my family’s belongings safe while being stored here.
