Very knowledgeable and gets the job done. Also a great shout to the maintenance guy who’s always keeping everything in check at the facility!

This is how I storage unit is supposed to be run. The manager is always polite and helpful. The staff has been phenomenal on several occasions. I always look forward to seeing them in the office. The facility has always been extremely clean. You can tell this is a well Maintain facility. I would choose this keep smart over and over again.

5 stars! It was clean and I felt safe! I love the seasoned lights and the entry pads. Most of all I loved having all of my storage units together In one location. The staff was helpful and even came to check, with extra locks in hand, to see if I got in ok. Just told my brother about them as they are moving back home. Love that you can reserve ahead of time! Setup online was easy and quick too!

Posted on February 27th , 2026 I have been a loyal customer at the Cubesmart storage in Columbus Ga since September 2023, I am extremely frustrated with the constant price increases. When I first rented my 10x15 unit, the rate was manageable paying $150.45 but by September 2025 the price had increased to $181.00 per month. Because of that, I was forced to downsize to a 10x13 unit paying $113.50 to try and save money. Unfortunately, only four months later, the price went up again to $150.00 and with the insurance protection of an extra $16. 00 These repeated increases are now forcing me to seriously consider moving my belongings to another storage facility. No one wants to go through the stress, time, and physical effort of moving everything again, especially when you’ve been a loyal, paying customer. It’s unfair that loyal customers are continuously hit with higher prices and left with no real options. Not everyone has the resources or help to keep moving their items just to avoid constant increases, so you end up feeling stuck and forced to accept higher and higher storage rates because moving everything again is inconvenient and costly while the cost keeps climbing. It feels like after you move your belongings in their you’re stuck this comes across as unfair and taking advantage of loyal, long-term customers. I would not recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for long-term storage unless you're prepared for frustrating price hikes. This experience has been very frustrating and disappointing. I would strongly encourage management to reconsider how they treat long-term customers, because constant price hikes without consideration will drive loyal customers away and word of mouth can travel faster than leaving a review on Google and having family and friends who are realtors there clients are always looking for a storage unit that is not so costly. If anything the experience has stayed the same with the customer service and cleanliness, and good security. But I would not recommend this storage facility Cubesmart storage unit to anyone looking for long-term storage unless you're prepared for frustrating price hikes.

Letha Was working at the time greeted me with a smile and personality was very good. She was very knowledgeable in her job. And I was very happy with the way she helped me with my storage unit. She's a good worker, has a good future ahead of her.
