Sharon did an absolutely awesome job with our rental! The process was smooth but we had a hiccup when we got there. Sharon jumped right in and got us all fixed and squared away in I think less than 10 minutes! I couldn’t have asked for any better service than that. She even called me the next day just to follow up and check in as well. Excellent service in my book! Thx again!

Surprisingly clean and tidy plus Ms Sharon, the store manager, was super sweet and kind. God bless her and her family. The only thing the space needs is an entrance sign for the 500 building : )

I had booked with another storage company and after speaking with Sharon and her great customer service, i decided to cancel with the other storage company and come to Extra Storage. Renting from extra space is easy and stress free, and affordable. Sharon provides you with locks and before signing any agreements information was explained very clear. Sharon always communicates with any changes that may occur. Can’t ask for it anything better than that.

Absolutely love this place! Customer service is beyond amazing. There was a wasp nest near my unit and they took care of it right away. When I first reserved the unit, the manager personally called to welcome me and gave me all the information I needed. They had the best price in town and the unit was clean and secured. I will definitely be using them from now on, highly recommend!!
